Born Ready - Better Births

The evidence-based birth course that empowers and educates you and your birth partner on labour, pain management, delivery and post-partum care.

Cost of this amazing resource is $380 (inc. GST) and includes your 2 hour face-to-face workshop in our clinic with your birth partner.

So What is Included?

• 2.5  hours of recommended ONLINE content

•  Over 1 hour of optional extra ONLINE content

•  Strength and Stretching  class for Pregnant women

•  Pelvic floor exercise class

•  Advice on post partum care (including breast feeding)

•  INCLUDED in the cost is a 2 hour Face to Face Workshop facilitated at various locations across the country. ​

• Lifetime access to the online content - You can repeat the online modules for your next birth as a refresher. 

• For Planned Caeserean births there is a shorter course available ($120 inc GST) to help prepare you for your birth, and into your post-partum period.

The Workshop:

The practical workshop will teach you & your birth partner all the tools to manage the symptoms of labour, this includes pain relieving strategies such as TENS machines, birth positions, and birth skills designed to distract you in first stage of labour. The workshop also teaches you how to have the most efficient birth you can, allowing you to feel different  the birth positions and  to troubleshoot when labour is not following an efficient path.

Led by us, Women’s Health Clinicians (Physio and Chiro), you can rest assured you will leave feeling more confident, more prepared and that your burning questions and concerns can be answered.
